What does "All Natural mean? SnackAisle prides itself on carrying products that are only all-natural, which means no artificial ingredients, colors, or preservatives.
What does the date on the product mean? The date on your product is a "freshness code" that manufacturers are required by law to stamp on their product. It is not an "expiration date", we find that most products are fresh and delicious well past their freshness dates.
What is SnackAisle's policy on freshness codes? All SnackAisle's products (except some BargainAisle items as indicated) will be shipped within the freshness codes listed on the package. SnackAisle cannot guarantee any specific dates, since they are determined by the manufacturers.
Do you have Gluten Free products? Yes, we carry over 100 “gluten free” products. You can find them by clicking on the left side category Gluten Free
What are Edamame? Edamame are green soybeans, that have been “dry roasted” and lightly salted. Some call them the “perfect” snack! They are crunchy, nutty, and loaded with essential amino acids, fiber, and protein. They contain no Trans Fats and are cholesterol free.
Do you have healthy snacks that are “kid friendly”? Yes we do! Our newest category, located on the left hand side of our web page Healthy Kids has a list of single serve, kid approved, healthy snacks that are a perfect option for the lunch box or after school snacks.
Where are the ingredients listed? Ingredients for all of our products are listed on each individual product page and alphabetically, by brand, on our Nutritional Notes page located at the bottom of our left side category listings.
Can I purchase a gift box of your products? Yes you can! There are two options: We have a few of our most popular selections grouped together in gift boxes. These will arrive in a standard SnackAisle box. Click on Gift Boxes on the left hand category tree, to see our selection. If you are in need of a Gift Basket, we have links to customers who create beautiful gift baskets full of SnackAisle products. Click on the Favorite Links located on the right hand side of our homepage to see a listing of Gift Basket Suppliers. You can link to their website to order, or call them directly and request SnackAisle products in your custom basket.
Can I purchase a gift certificate? Yes! Simply click on the on the Gift Certificates category located on left of our homepage. You can email a gift certificate or choose to have a gift certificate printed and mailed by us to your recipient.
Are you the manufacturer of the products? No, SnackAisle represents many brands, however, we do not produce them.
Do you take suggestions about new products? Definitely! All new products that SnackAisle considers must meet our strict standards of “All Natural”, Trans Fat free, they must be unique, and most of all, taste good! We welcome our customer’s suggestions of products that they’d like to see available in the SnackAisle. Simply email us at: customerservice@snackaisle.com with your suggestions!
Ordering & Shipping
Do you have a minimum order amount? Yes, our minimum is $15.00.
How do I delete products from my basket? In your basket, simply click on the red "remove" to the left of the item to delete it from your basket.
How do I change the quantity of an item in my basket? Simply change the number in the quantity box and hit the red "update" to the right of the item to update the quantity in your basket.
Do you have APO/FPO Shipping? Yes, we ship APO/FPO by USPS. For more information click on Shipping Information located at the bottom of every page of our store.
My Shipping & Billing information are the same, do I need to enter the information twice? No! Simply fill in the Ship to information and hit the continue button on the bottom right. Your billing information will be auto-populated and you'll proceed to the next step in the checkout process.
Do you ship Internationally? No, we currently ship only within the United States and its territories.
What are your payment options? We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.
Is my credit card information secure? Yes! Comodo provides SnackAisle's SSL Certificate. SSL Certificates are used to provide secure, encrypted transactions between Web browsers and a Web site. These certificates not only provide transaction encryption but also verify that the potential customers are indeed conducting their transactions with the site provided by the URL they have requested. You can shop with confidence at SnackAisle!
What are the shipping options? We ship UPS Ground, unless otherwise specified. 2nd Day Air is available for an additional $40.00. Please contact us for other shipping options.
Why do I have to pay “oversize” charges on my popcorn? Popcorn is light, but very bulky and fragile! More than 9, 8 oz or 6.5 oz bags of our delicious Boston Popcorn cannot fit into a standard size box, as defined by UPS. To avoid oversize shipping charges, order popcorn bags in quantities of 9 bags or less, or in multiples of 9.
What if my order arrives damaged? If your order is damaged, it is always best to refuse the shipment from UPS. If this is not feasible, please retain the damaged package and contact us immediately. We'll file a claim with UPS and send a replacement package out to you. For complete information, please go to our Return Policies page.
Can I order your products by phone? Yes! Simply call us toll-free at 1-866-EAT-SNAX, leave us a voice mail, and one of our customer service reps will return your call within 1 business day to take your order by phone. Can’t wait? You may also fax your order to 603-497-4498. Be sure to include your phone number and we will call you to confirm your order and all of your information.
Can I place an order as a gift? Yes, simply omit the email in the shipping information (so we won't spoil the surprise!) and fill in your message in the "Gift Message" box during checkout. The recipient will receive a gift invoice that includes your message but does not contain any pricing information.
How do I reorder my favorite products without searching for them every time? Our newest feature “Saved Baskets” allows you to create a shopping list of your favorite items, and easily reorder them each time you return to the SnackAisle. You must login to SnackAisle, or create a login if you don’t have one, to use this feature. Once logged in, simply add your favorite items to your basket, give it a nickname and it is automatically saved for you each time you return. You may save up to 5 different baskets. If you are ready to place your order, just click on “order contents of basket” and your saved basket will be moved to your shopping cart. You may add or delete items at any time. When you return to the SnackAisle, click on the View Saved Baskets icon, located at the top right of our homepage.

What is your privacy policy? Your privacy is of paramount importance to us, and we will never sell or share your information with a third party. You can access our privacy statement by clicking on the link "Privacy Statement" located under “Customer Service” on the right hand side of our homepage, or at the bottom of any of our store pages.
What is your return policy? Your satisfaction is our #1 priority! If you are unhappy with your products, you may return your unopened product within 10 days of receipt by simply contacting us toll-free at 1-866-EAT-SNAX or emailing us at: customerservice@snackaisle.com. To see our full policy, simply click on Return Policies at the bottom of any store page, or under Customer Service on our homepage.
Do you have a mailing list? Yes! The SnackAisle newsletter is sent monthly alerting customers to new products, items on sale, News in the SnackAisle, and coupons and special savings offers. To join the mailing list, simply click on the link “Join the SnackAisle Mailing List” located on the right hand side of our homepage. All we need is your email address. Wonder what’s been going on in the SnackAisle? You can also view our archived newsletters by clicking the same link.
Why can’t I talk to a “live person” when I call? We are a small, NH based business, and our team members are working hard to fulfill our customer’s orders. Rest assured that our voicemail is checked very frequently throughout the day, and a team member will return your call within 1 business day.
Do you have Wholesale pricing? SnackAisle has a network of Wholesale Customers throughout the United States and we welcome new customers who are interested in our products for resale. Please contact us directly at 1-866-EAT-SNAX for our Wholesale Catalog and Policies.
Do I need to login to place an order? No, it is not necessary to create a login to either place an order or checkout. The login is for your convenience to use features such as “Saved Baskets” and to auto populate your fields for checkout.
