Due to health & safety concerns, we can not accept return of food products. If there is an error with your order, or a quality issue with a product, please contact us at 603-497-4490 or email us at: customerservice@snackaisle.com

Should your package arrive damaged, it is always best to
refuse the shipment from Fedex. If this is not possible,
simply contact us at 603-497-4490 or email us at:
customerservice@snackaisle.com to report the damaged
package. We will immediately send out a replacement
package to you and file a damage claim with Fedex. Please
retain the damaged package until we notify you that the
claim has been processed, since Fedex occasionally requires
the damaged package to process the claim.
