SnackAisle's Return Policies
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. If you are
dissatisfied with the quality of your shipment, you may return your unopened product,
within 10 days of receipt. We will credit you for the cost
of the product, less shipping and insurance charges. Simply email us at
customerservice@snackaisle.com or call us at 1-866-EAT-SNAX to let us know you'd like
to return your product. Once we receive the package, we
will credit you for the cost of the product.
We try very hard to get it right! However, should it be our error, and you receive the
wrong product, please notify us using the email or phone number listed above, and we will immediately ship out
the correct product to you. We will issue you a UPS
shipping label to return the incorrect package back to us.
Should your package arrive damaged, it is always best to
refuse the shipment from UPS. If this is not possible,
simply contact us at 1-866-EAT-SNAX or email us at:
customerservice@snackaisle.com to report the damaged
package. We will immediately send out a replacement
package to you and file a damage claim with UPS. Please
retain the damaged package until we notify you that the
claim has been processed, since UPS occasionally requires
the damaged package to process the claim.
